How do I delete my account and data?
Email loopliftadmin@gmail.comwith the subject "Delete My Account". We'll permanently remove all your data within 7 days, in line with UK GDPR.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LoopLift → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my health data private?
Yes. We never sell or share your personal or health data with third parties for advertising. Your cycle, energy, and workout data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
What is PCOS mode?
PCOS mode is a dedicated tracking experience for users with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It tracks insulin-related symptoms, supports irregular cycle logging, and provides evidence-based guidance on exercise and nutrition for PCOS.

LoopLift Pro unlocks progress charts, AI-generated daily insights, and advanced analytics. It includes a 7-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime.
