Delete Your LoopLift Account

Delete from within the app

You can permanently delete your LoopLift account from within the app by going to:

Settings > Delete Account

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing loopliftadmin@gmail.com.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your LoopLift account and use the subject:

Delete My LoopLift Account

We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

What gets deleted

Account deletion removes your LoopLift account and associated user data, including your profile, workouts, routines, cycle entries, energy logs, symptoms, personalised insights, body-weight entries and notification-related account information.
